11th STEP FOR WOMEN AND MEN IN 12 STEP RECOVERY

This workshop will include a variety of prayer and meditation experiences, such as breathing and walking meditation, body prayer, music and chant. We will reflect on the process of the twelve steps in our lives, a process which leads to “happy, joyous and free.” Women and men in AA, Al Anon, OA, DA or other 12 Step fellowship are welcome to attend.

STEPS TO SERENITY: REFLECTIONS ON STEPS FOUR THROUGH NINE

In a workshop open to women in recovery in all Twelve Step fellowships, we will draw on Henri Nouwen’s The Return of the Prodigal Son as it relates to Steps 4 through 9. We will reflect on inventory, openness, willingness and forgiveness on our journey to welcoming the Promises into our lives.
